بررسی عملکرد کارکنان با استفاده از مدل سسیتم دینامیک پویا: مطالعه موردی مترو شهر تبریز

چکیده
شرکت‌ها و سازمان‌های موجود در هر منطقه منابع مالی، انسانی و زمانی محدودی برای فراهم کردن نیازهای آن منطقه در اختیار دارند بنابراین همیشه سعی دارند از این منابع به‌صورت بهینه استفاده نمایند. این سرمایه‌ها شامل زمین، ماشین‌آلات، نیروی متخصص، تکنولوژی و ... است. در میان منابع نامبرده شده نیروی متخصص انسانی یکی از باارزش‌ترین دارایی یک مجموعه است. کیفیت پروژه‌های هر سازمان بازتابی از دانش و مهارت بالای نیروی متخصص آن سازمان می‌باشد. به همین دلیل شناخت عواملی که بر عملکرد نیروی انسانی متخصص تأثیر می‌گذارند مسئله‌ی مهمی می‌باشد، در این تحقیق پس از تعیین معیارهای موثر از طریق مطالعه مقالات مرتبط و مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و نیز مصاحبه حضوری پرسشنامه تدوین شد و سپس با استفاده از تئوری پویایی سیستم از داده های حاصل از پرسشنامه عوامل مؤثر بر انگیزش کارکنان مترو شهر تبریز شناسایی و با بهره‌گیری از ابزار شبیه‌سازی سیستم پویا و نرم‌افزار Vensim مدلی جهت سیاست‌گذاری در عرصه بهره‌وری نیروی انسانی، بهبود عملکرد شرکت‌های عمرانی و کارکنانش ارائه گردید. علاوه بر بررسی میزان تأثیر منحصربه‌فرد هر یک از عوامل انگیزشی، تأثیرهای متقابل آن‌ها برهم نیز بررسی ‌شده است و روابط گوناگون ارائه شد. نتایج حاصل نشان می‌دهد که از بین عوامل انگیزشی، انگیزه کارفرما موجب بیشترین افزایش عملکرد می‌گردد. مدیران شرکت با کمک این نحوه مدل‌سازی می‌توانند تمرکز سرمایه‌گذاری مالی و زمانی را برای کسب بهترین نتیجه مشخص کنند.

چکیده English

Organizations in each region have limited financial, human, and time resources to meet local needs, so they always strive to use these resources optimally. These assets include land, machinery, skilled workforce, technology, and more. Among these resources, skilled human capital is one of the most valuable assets in an organization. The quality of an organization's projects reflects the high knowledge and skills of its expert workforce. Therefore, identifying factors that influence the performance of skilled human resources is crucial. In this research, after identifying effective criteria through literature review, library studies, and in-person interviews, a questionnaire was developed. Then, using the theory of system dynamics, from the data obtained from the questionnaire, the effective factors on the motivation of the employees of the Tabriz metro were identified, and by using the dynamic system simulation tool and Vensim software, a model for policymaking in the field of human resource efficiency, improving the performance of construction companies and their employees was presented. In addition to examining the unique impact of each motivational factor, their interdependent effects were also analyzed, with various relationships presented. Results show that among motivational factors, employer motivation significantly enhances performance. With this modelling approach, company managers can focus financial and time investments to achieve optimal results.
