بررسی ارتباط میان عوامل مؤثر بر فرهنگ ایمنی با عملکرد ایمنی افراد شاغل در پروژه‌های عمرانی با استفاده از روش دیمتل فازی

چکیده
کارگاه‌های عمرانی از نظر به وقوع پیوستن حوادث شغلی از جمله مراکز پرخطر در ایران محسوب می‌شوند. قدم نخست جهت کنترل حوادث شغلی در این حوزه، بالا بردن سطح فرهنگ ایمنی در میان افراد مشغول به کار در این کارگاه‌هاست. مشخص کردن عوامل مؤثر بر فرهنگ ایمنی و پیدا کردن رابطه‌ی آن با عملکرد ایمنی افراد شاغل در پروژه‌های عمرانی می‌تواند تا حدود زیادی در زمینه‌ی تحقق این هدف راهگشا باشد. در این پژوهش از روش دیمتل‌فازی به منظور بررسی ارتباط میان عوامل مؤثر بر فرهنگ ایمنی با عملکرد ایمنی افراد شاغل در پروژه‌های عمرانی استفاده شده است. پژوهش پیش رو به شیوه خبر‌ه محوره صورت گرفته است. در این راستا 84 نفر از خبرگانی که سابقه‌ی کاری مرتبط با ایمنی داشتند و با فرهنگ ایمنی آشنا بودند، به طریق هدفمند انتخاب شدند. در مرحله بعد، تعداد 8 معیار استخراج و به وسیله پرسشنامه مورد تأیید خبرگان منتخب این صنعت قرار گرفت. در نهایت با استفاده از روش دیمتل‌فازی ارتباط میان معیارها و تأثیرگذاری و تأثیرپذیری هر کدام بررسی گردید. نتایج به‌دست آمده از پژوهش نشان داد که در بین معیارهای بررسی شده، نگرش به ایمنی بیشترین ارتباط را با عوامل دیگر دارد. همچنین به ترتیب نگرش به ایمنی، سیاست مدیریت، دانش و مهارت و تجهیزات، از بیشترین تأثیرگذاری و ارتباطات، شخصیت، آموزش ایمنی و نظارت مستمر، از بیشترین تأثیرپذیری برخوردار هستند.

چکیده English

Construction workshops are among high-risk centers in Iran in terms of occupational accidents. The first step to control occupational accidents in this field is to raise the level of safety culture among people working in these workshops .Determining the factors affecting the safety culture and finding its relationship with the safety performance of people working in construction projects can be helpful in achieving this goal. In this research, the Dimetal Fuzzy method has been used to investigate the relationship between the factors affecting safety culture and the safety performance of people working in construction projects. The upcoming research has been conducted in an expert-centered way. In this regard, 84 experts who had work experience related to safety and were familiar with safety culture were selected in a targeted way. In the next step, 8 criteria were extracted and approved by Selected experts in this industry through a questionnaire. Finally, the relationship between the criteria and the impact and effectiveness of each was investigated using the fuzzy Dimetal method. The results obtained from the research shows that among the examined criteria, the attitude towards safety has the most relationship with other factors.Also, attitude to safety, management policy, knowledge and skills and equipment, respectively, have the most influence and communication, Personality, safety training and continuous supervision have the most impressione.
