کاربرد خاک اُخرا و نانو اکسید آلومین در رنگ پذیری بتن و بررسی برخی خواص مکانیکی و دوام سایشی بتن

چکیده

اخیراً بتن رنگی در بسیاری از کشورها به منظور دستیابی به اهدافی همچون زیبایی مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد. این امر سبب گردیده تا از غالب بودن رنگ خاکستری بتن‌های معمولی کاسته شده و روحی تازه به فضا القاء شود. بتن رنگی غالباً در ساخت کف پوش‌ها مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد. کفپوش‌های بتنی رنگی می‌تواند جایگزین بهتری برای کف‌ سازی‌های سنتی و جلا زده بحساب آیند زیرا باعث کاهش هزینه‌های خرید، کاهش مصالح و نیروی انسانی، کاهش وزن و کاهش خطرات زیست محیطی ناشی از تولید یا تخریب کاشی و سرامیک‌های ساخته شده می‌گردد. در این تحقیق برای تغییر رنگ بتن به قرمز، از پودر اُخرا در نسبت‌های وزنی 5/2 %، 5%، 5/7 % و 10% به جای بخشی از سیمان استفاده گردید. همچنین برای تقویت مقاومت سایشی بتن رنگی از نانو اکسید آلومین به میزان 5/0 % وزنی سیمان استفاده گردید. در ادامه برای کاهش هزینه و سهولت در اجرا، از یک لایه‌ی پوششی مخلوط خاک اُخرا و نانو اکسید آلومین روی سطح بتن استفاده شد و نتایج آن مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که خاک رنگی اُخرا باعث کاهش دوام سایشی بتن خواهد شد اما ترکیب آن با پودر نانو آلومین بطور قابل توجهی می‌تواند ضمن حفظ کیفیت رنگ بتن، میزان دوام سایشی را افزایش دهد. همچنین ایجاد لایه پوششی رنگی روی سطح بتن در مقایسه با طرح مخلوط ترکیبی از اثرگذاری کمتری برخوردار است بطوریکه استفاده از این روش می‌تواند تا 40% مقاومت سایشی بتن را کاهش دهد.

Recently, Colored Concrete Is Used In Many Countries For Aesthetic Purposes. This Made The Gray Color Of Ordinary Concrete Less And The Surroundings More Beautiful. Colored Concrete Is Used In The Construction Of Floors. Colored Concrete Floors Can Be Considered A Better Alternative To Old Floors. Because It Reduces Costs, Reduces Materials And Manpower, Reduces Weight And Reduces Environmental Risks. In This Research, To Make Red Concrete, Okhra Powder Was Used In The Amount Of 2.5%, 5%, 7.5% And 10% By Weight Instead Of Part Of Cement. Also, To Strengthen The Wear Resistance Of Concrete, Nano Aluminum Oxide Powder Was Used In The Amount Of 0.5% By Weight Of Cement. Next, To Reduce The Cost And Ease Of Implementation, A Coating Layer Of Mixed Okhra And Nano-Aluminum Was Used On The Concrete Surface And Its Results Were Compared. The Results Of This Research Showed That Okhra Colored Soil Will Reduce The Wear Durability Of Concrete, But Its Combination With Nano Aluminum Powder Can Significantly Increase The Wear Durability While Maintaining The Quality Of Concrete Color. Also, Creating A Colored Coating Layer On The Surface Of The Concrete Is Less Effective Compared To The Mixed Design, So That The Use Of This Method Can Reduce The Wear Resistance Of Concrete By 40%.
