چکیده

مدیریت دانش در کانتکس پروژه‌ها، به ویژه در پروژه‌های ساخت و ساز، به معنای یادگیری از تجارب موفق در پروژه‌ها و سازمان، به منظور جلوگیری از خطاهای تکراری و بهبود اجرای بهینه‌تر پروژه است. این اقدامات منجر به کاهش تعداد اشتباهات، میزان تنش‌ها و چالش‌ها می‌شود و در نهایت باعث اجرای پروژه به مطابق اصول و استانداردهای معتبر می‌شود. این اقدامات منجر به رضایت مدیران سازمان‌های کارفرما، مشاور، پیمانکار و حتی بهره‌برداران می‌شود. استفاده از یک مدل بلوغ مدیریت دانش به سازمان کمک می‌کند تا پیشرفت خود را در اجرای مدیریت دانش به صورت رسمی و جامع‌تر ارزیابی کند. مدل‌سازی بلوغ به عنوان یک روش رسمی برای توصیف فرآیند توسعه مدیریت دانش استفاده می‌شود. این تحقیق با هدف ارزیابی سطح بلوغ مدیریت دانش در شرکت ساخت و ساز کیسون که در صنعت آب ایران فعال است، انجام شده است. هدف این تحقیق، شناسایی شکاف‌های موجود در پیاده‌سازی مدیریت دانش و تلاش برای بهبود فرآیند مدیریت دانش در حوزه ساخت و ساز با هدف ارتقا مزیت رقابتی و بهره‌وری در این صنعت است. این تحقیق به صورت پیمایشی توصیفی انجام شده و جامعه آماری آن شامل تمامی مدیران و کارشناسان ارشد شرکت کیسون در سال ۱۴۰۱ بوده است. ارزیابی مدیریت دانش با استفاده از مدل سازمان بهره‌وری آسیایی انجام شده است. نتایج ارزیابی نشان می‌دهد که شرکت کیسون در سطح ابتدایی از مدل بلوغ مدیریت دانش سازمان بهره‌وری آسیایی قرار دارد. بالاترین امتیازها مربوط به مولفه‌های فرایندهای دانشی، رهبری مدیریت دانش و نیروی انسانی هستند. اما سایر مولفه‌ها امتیازی پایین‌تر از متوسط دارند و نیاز به توجه بیشتر مدیران شرکت کیسون دارند. بنابراین، با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده، شرکت کیسون نیاز به بهبود عملکرد مدیریت دانشی خود در برخی حوزه‌ها دارد و پیشنهاد می‌شود تا جهت ارتقای مولفه‌های یادگیری و نوآوری، تلاش‌های بیشتری انجام شود.

چکیده English

Knowledge Management in project contexts, especially in construction projects, means learning from successful experiences in projects and organizations to prevent repetitive errors and improve project execution more optimally. These actions lead to reducing the number of mistakes, levels of stress, and challenges, ultimately resulting in project execution aligned with valid principles and standards. These measures lead to the satisfaction of managers in client organizations, consultants, contractors, and even beneficiaries. Implementing a knowledge management maturity model in an organization helps assess its progress in formal and comprehensive knowledge management implementation. Maturity modelling is used as a formal method to describe the knowledge management development process. This research aims to evaluate the level of knowledge management maturity in the construction company "Kayson," which is active in Iran's water industry. The objective of this research is to identify the existing gaps in knowledge management implementation and strive to improve the knowledge management process in the construction sector, with the aim of enhancing competitive advantage and efficiency in this industry. The research was conducted in a descriptive survey method, and the statistical population included all managers and senior experts of the Kayson company in the year 1401 (Iranian calendar). The evaluation of knowledge management was performed using the Asian Productivity Organization (APO) Knowledge Management Maturity Model. The results of the evaluation indicate that the Kayson company is at the initial level of the APO Knowledge Management Maturity Model. The highest scores are related to the components of knowledge processes, knowledge management leadership, and human resources. However, other components have scores lower than the average and require more attention from Kayson company managers. Therefore, based on the obtained results, Kayson needs to improve its knowledge management performance in certain areas, and it is recommended to make more efforts to enhance learning and innovation components.
