Abstract
The present research was conducted in a combined and survey method. The population in the qualitative part included some elites with the criterion of having experience in the field of construction projects, and in the quantitative part it included some university faculty members, managers and experts related to the subject. In the qualitative section, 19 people were interviewed using the purposeful and snowball sampling method until the content was saturated. In the following, after setting up the list, 58 people who were willing to cooperate were selected. In the qualitative part, the data theory of Strauss-Corbin's approach was used to analyze qualitative data, and in the quantitative part, structural equation modeling was used using SmartPLS version 3 software. In the qualitative section, a total of 26 factors and 173 items were identified as effective factors in the efficiency of construction projects in sports. Also, in the quantitative part, the path coefficient findings showed that all paths are positive and significant. Causal, contextual and intervening conditions are significant with direct effect coefficients of 0.262, 0.354 and 0.401 on the main outcome of the research, which is the efficiency of sports construction projects in the country. This means that all 3 factors have a positive and significant role in the main phenomenon of the research. In addition to, the main result for the strategies with the standard effect coefficient of 0.858 is significant and strong. This finding shows that the identified strategies lead to the efficiency of sports construction projects in the country. Finally, the path of the strategies to the outcome was significant with a standard effect coefficient of 0.848 and had a strong intensity, which shows that if the strategies are implemented, the identified consequences can be expected in the direction of the efficiency of the country's sports construction projects.
