The aim of this study is to evaluate the effects of scheduling on construction project delays. The methodology of this research was to use a questionnaire and analyze the results quantitatively. In this regard, fifteen companies were selected from the three groups of employer, consultant and contractor, and the prepared questionnaire was sent to 80 of their employees. Finally, 70 participants answered the questionnaires, and the obtained data were analyzed using SPSS statistical software. The results of the analysis show that the most important objectives of scheduling in construction projects are "resolving conflicts between suppliers or sub-contractors", "use as an effective project control tool" and "resolving delay claims". In addition, based on the evaluation, the importance of the initial schedule in construction, "timely completion of projects" and "ensuring customer satisfaction" were determined. Also, delays and disruptions in construction projects were recognized as the consequences of lack of scheduling in construction projects. Finally, it was concluded that to minimize delays and also to ensure timely delivery of the construction project, project objectives, importance and effects of scheduling are key factors that should be considered to avoid delays. تأخیرات یکی از مهم ترین مشکلات صنعت ساختمان است، زیرا تأخیر در پروژه‌های ساختمانی تأثیرات منفی بر کارفرمایان و پیمانکاران دارد. هدف این تحقیق ارزیابی اثرات زمان‌بندی بر تاخیرات اجرای پروژه‌های ساخت‌و ساز است. روش تحقیق استفاده شده در این تحقیق، استفاده از پرسشنامه و تحلیل نتایج بصورت کمی بود. به همین منظور پانزده شرکت از سه گروه کارفرما، مهندسین مشاور و پیمانکار انتخاب شده و پرسشنامه تهیه شده به 80 نفر از کارمندان آنها ارسال گردید. در نهایت 70 نفر از شرکت کنندگان به پرسشنامه های مدنظر پاسخ دادند که داده‌های بدست آمده با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS تجزیه‌وتحلیل شد. نتایج تحلیل انجام شده نشان می دهد که از مهمترین اهداف زمان‌بندی در پروژه‌های ساخت وساز "حل‌وفصل تضاد بین تأمین‌کنندگان یا پیمانکاران جزء"، "استفاده به‌عنوان ابزار مؤثر کنترل پروژه "و "حل‌وفصل دعاوی تأخیر" است. علاوه بر آن براساس ارزیابی صورت گرفته، اهمیت زمان‌بندی اولیه در ساخت‌وساز،" اتمام به‌موقع پروژه‌ها" و " اطمینان از رضایت مشتری" تعیین گردید. همچنین "تأخیر" و" ایجاد اختلال" در پروژه‌های ساخت و ساز بعنوان عواقب ناشی از عدم وجود زمان‌بندی در پروژه‌های ساخت و ساز شناخته شد. در نهایت با جمع بندی کلیه جوانب نتیجه گیری شد که برای به حداقل رساندن تاخیرات و نیز برای اطمینان از تحویل به‌موقع پروژه ساخت‌وساز، اهداف پروژه، اهمیت و اثرات زمان‌بندی عوامل کلیدی هستند که باید در نظر گرفته شوند تا از تأخیر جلوگیری شود. https://www.jsce.ir/article_185974_df4266a6f7ecf66581c1e2abeed02268.pdf
