The durability of reinforced concrete mostly depends on the surrounding environmental and exposure conditions such as carbonation, corrosion, and freezing and thawing. Corrosion of steel in concrete is one of the major causes of premature deterioration of reinforced concrete structures, leading to structural failure and is largely controlled by the permeability of the concrete cover to protect the steel reinforcement from corrosion. Therefore, the effect of silica fume, fly ash and zeolite pozzolans on the compressive strength, permeability and reinforcement corrosion is evaluated in this investigation. The compressive strength of 7 and 28-day concrete samples results show that silica fume results in compressive strength increase with respect to the control sample (without any pozzolans). Except for the samples containing zeolite with replacement weight percentages equal to 5, 10 and 15 percentage and fly ash with replacement weight percentage equal to 5 percentage, in other cases the compressive strength of 28-day samples containing fly ash and zeolite are lower than that of the control sample. The results of cylindrical chamber test also represent the permeability reduction of the 7-day samples containing these pozzolans with respect to the control sample. Based on the half-cell method test results, it is also observed that the resistance to corrosion of reinforcement concrete containing silica fume and zeolite is improved by using these pozzolans.}, keywords = {Permeability,Silica fume,Zeolite,Fly ash,Cylindrical chamber method,Reinforcements corrosion,Half-cell method}, title_fa = {مطالعه مقاومت فشاری، نفوذپذیری و خوردگی میلگردها در نمونه‎های بتنی حاوی پوزولان‎های دوده سیلیسی، خاکستر بادی و زئولیت}, abstract_fa = {بتن مسلح متداول‌ترین مصالح در ساخت و ساز است. دوام بتن مسلح، عمدتاً به شرایط قرارگیری و محیط اطراف آن همچون کربناته ‌شدن، خوردگی، انجماد و ذوب شدن بستگی‌ دارد. خوردگی فولاد در بتن، یکی از دلایل عمده زوال زودرس سازه‌های بتنی مسلح می‌باشد که منجر به خرابی سازه‌ای می‌گردد و به مقدار قابل توجهی تحت تأثیر نفوذپذیری پوشش بتنی می‌باشد که آرماتورها را در برابر خوردگی حفظ می‌کند. از‌این‌رو، در این تحقیق اثر پوزولان‎های دوده سیلیسی، خاکستر بادی و زئولیت بر مقاومت فشاری، نفوذپذیری و خوردگی میلگردها مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته است. نتایج مقاومت فشاری نمونه‎های 7 و 28 روزه نشان می‎دهد که دوده سیلیسی موجب افزایش مقاومت فشاری نسبت به نمونه کنترل (فاقد پوزولان) شده است. جز برای نمونه‎های حاوی زئولیت در درصدهای وزنی جایگزینی برابر با 5، 10 و 15 درصد و خاکستر بادی در درصد وزنی برابر با 5 درصد، در سایر موارد مقاومت فشاری نمونه‎های 28 روزه حاوی خاکستر بادی و زئولیت نسبت به مقاومت فشاری نمونه کنترل کمتر است. نتایج آزمایش ”محفظه استوانه‎ای“ نیز بیانگر کاهش نفوذپذیری نمونه‎های 7 روزه حاوی این پوزولان‎ها نسبت به نمونه کنترل می‎باشد. همچنین بر اساس نتایج روش نیم‎پیل، مقاومت نمونه‎های بتنی مسلح حاوی دوده سیلیسی و زئولیت در برابر خوردگی در اثر استفاده از این پوزولان‎ها بهبود یافته است.}, keywords_fa = {نفوذپذیری,دوده سیلیسی,زئولیت,خاکستر بادی,روش محفظه استوانه‎ای,خوردگی آرماتورها,روش نیم‎پیل}, url = {https://www.jsce.ir/article_86849.html}, eprint = {https://www.jsce.ir/article_86849_afe0e07fa14c2d73aa441b134e80bd40.pdf} }
