Concrete, as one of the most widely used human products, is a factor in consuming a large amount of aggregate. To meet this need, today many developed countries use different types of recycled aggregates as a suitable alternative to natural aggregates. The present study investigates the effect of complete replacement of recycled concrete coils instead of coarse natural aggregates in concrete. In order to improve the quality of recycled concrete, the pozzolans like as micro-silica, natural zeolite and fly ash were used in different percentages. In order to determine and compare the mechanical properties of concrete, 11 mixing designs were made and compressive strength tests at 7, 28 and 91 days, indirect tensile strength (SPT), modulus of elasticity and ultrasound velocity tests at 28 days of age were performed. The results showed that micro-silica, especially at the 10% replacement level, has a dramatic effect on the improvement of the compressive strength of fully recycled concrete compared to other pozzolans. The results of the application of natural zeolite in fully recycled concrete showed that this pozzolan, especially in the 10% substitution, act as a cementitious reducing agent and play a lesser role in improving the mechanical properties of recycled concrete compared to recycled concrete without pozzolan. On the other hand, pozzolanic materials, in a way that improves the compressive strength of recycled concrete, are not able to improve the tensile strength and the modulus of elasticity of the recycled concrete compared to conventional concrete.}, keywords = {Recycle concrete,Micro-silica,Fly ash,Natural zeolite,Mechanical properties}, title_fa = {ارزیابی و مقایسه تاثیر پوزولان های زئولیت، میکروسیلیس و خاکستربادی بر خواص مکانیکی بتن های بازیافتی ساخته شده از صد درصد درشت دانه های بازیافتی}, abstract_fa = {امروزه محدودیت‌های دسترسی به منابع سنگدانه‌های طبیعی در تولید بتن در بسیاری از کشورها به یکی از معضلات تبدیل شده است. بتن به عنوان یکی از پرمصرف‌ترین محصولات بشر، عامل مصرف مقادیر زیادی از سنگدانه‌ها می‌باشد. جهت مرتفع نمودن این نیاز، امروزه بسیاری از کشورهای توسعه‌یافته از انواع مختلف سنگدانه‌های بازیافتی به عنوان جایگزین مناسبی برای سنگدانه‌های طبیعی استفاده می‌کنند. تحقیق حاضر به بررسی تاثیر جایگزینی کامل درشت‌دانه‌های بتنی بازیافت شده به‌جای درشت‌دانه‌های طبیعی در بتن پرداخته است. جهت بهبود کیفیت بتن‌های بازیافتی، پوزولان‌های میکروسیلیس، زئولیت طبیعی و خاکستربادی در درصدهای مختلف مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. جهت تعیین و مقایسه مشخصات مکانیکی بتن‌ها، 11 طرح اختلاط ساخته شده و آزمایش مقاومت فشاری در سنین 7، 28 و 91 روزه، آزمایش‌های مقاومت کششی دونیم‌شدن، ضریب ارتجاعی و سرعت امواج فراصوت در سن 28 روزه انجام شدند. نتایج نشان دادند که در مقایسه با سایر پوزولان‌ها، میکروسیلیس به‌ویژه در سطح جایگزینی %10، تاثیر چشم‌گیری در بهبود مقاومت فشاری بتن تماماً بازیافتی از خود نشان می‌دهد. نتایج کاربرد زئولیت طبیعی در بتن تماماً بازیافتی نیز نشان داد که این پوزولان به‌ویژه در سطح جایگزینی %10، بیشتر در نقش یک ماده کاهنده مصرف مواد سیمانی عمل نموده و نقش کم‌تری در بهبود خواص مکانیکی بتن بازیافتی در مقایسه با بتن بازیافتی بدون پوزولان از خود نشان می‌دهد. از سوی دیگر مواد پوزولانی به نسبتی که منجر به بهبود مقاومت فشاری بتن بازیافتی می‌شوند، قادر نیستند تا باعث بهبود مقاومت کششی دونیم‌شدن و ضریب ارتجاعی بتن-های بازیافتی در مقایسه با بتن معمولی گردند.}, keywords_fa = {بتن بازیافتی,میکروسیلیس,خاکستربادی,زئولیت طبیعی,خواص مکانیکی}, url = {https://www.jsce.ir/article_65631.html}, eprint = {https://www.jsce.ir/article_65631_8b0377d552600451f2d63586a90875d4.pdf} }
